This section is dedicated to the Management of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Findings from creation, updating their status as required, and following them up until the closure of related and required actions. The term "Findings" has been selected to collect in one word the observations, recommendations, nonconformities, comments, etc. on HSE that may require from a responsible party to complete specific preventive/corrective actions before a defined deadline.

When an operator's HSE Team collects some HSE Observations from an HSE inspection of, for example, a contractor's facility, it is not a big issue to follow the related and required (preventive and/or corrective) HSE actions until closure. But, when more preventive or corrective actions start piling up from another facilities' HSE inspections, operational daily HSE walks, HSE audits of several contractors' HSEMS (HSE Management System), internal/external HSE audits, accidents' investigations, etc., the follow-up of those actions may turn into a real problem, with almost no options to generate reliable reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.) on the current status of all generated HSE actions: how many of them are closed, open, or overdue.

The aim of this section is to provide an open and free tool for companies to manage the HSE Findings within their HSEMS in one place, having clear understanding of the current status of all generated and required HSE actions, allowing the companies to analyze the related statistical data and to find the reasons preventing the timely closure of overdue actions.
